What is a Production Worker? Production workers work in the production sector where they manufacture metal products. They manufacture a broad range of products from Fire Dampers, VAV's, Smoke Dampers, and a variety of specialty products.These workers are covered by a collective agreement which is specific for their employer. The products made by our production union workers are the products which our ICI sheet metal companies must purchase whenever they buy materials.
